If you purchase an initial monthly subscription (Starter $29/mo or Pro $59/mo) and find that the output fails to meet your dealership's inventory syndication standards, you may request a 100% full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your initial purchase date.
Refunds processed under the 7-day guarantee are returned directly to your original payment method via PayPal (typically appearing on your PayPal balance or card statement within 3–5 business days).
2. Credits for Failed Processing
Automotive photography occasionally encounters difficult conditions: heavy windshield glare, extreme fish-eye distortion, or vehicles partially occluded by lot snow.
- New Versions: Generating a different showroom version costs 1 photo credit, including the first regeneration;
- Processing Errors: Photos that fail during processing do not use a credit. If a regeneration fails, the deducted credit is returned;
- Individual Photos: You can generate a new version of one photo without processing the entire batch again.
3. Subscription Cancellation Requests
To stop automatic renewal, sign in, open Billing & Subscription, and select Cancel Subscription:
- Confirm Turn Off Auto-Renewal. The portal shows confirmation after PayPal accepts the cancellation;
- Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next renewal charge. Cancellation does not automatically refund past payments;
- Your subscription access continues through your paid period. Remaining credits stay available afterward. Generated files remain available for up to 24 hours; download those you want to keep.
4. Booster Packs & Pay-As-You-Go Credits
3-Photo Credit Packs cost $1.29 for 3 photo credits. A 15-Photo Credit Pack costs $4.99 for 15 photo credits. Both are one-time purchases.
Because Booster Pack credits never expire and remain in your reserve wallet indefinitely, one-time booster pack purchases are non-refundable once any portion of the credits have been applied toward live vehicle renders. Unused booster packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase upon written request.
5. Free 1-Car Trial Policy
New accounts receive 3 free photo credits to try their first vehicle. No credit card is required. Free trial credits have no purchase price and are not eligible for a cash refund.
6. Friendly Resolution & Chargeback Protection Notice
If you experience any billing discrepancy, duplicate charge, or technical issue with an export archive, please contact our billing team at [email protected] before filing a credit card dispute or chargeback with your bank.
Include your account email, purchase date, and a description of the issue so we can review your request. Filing unwarranted chargebacks for services delivered may result in suspension of account access and forfeiture of remaining credits.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the 7-day guarantee:
- Email our billing department at [email protected];
- Include your registered dealership email and approximate date of charge;
- State briefly why the service did not meet your expectations (your feedback directly guides model updates);
- We will review your request and email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Unused credits associated with the refunded payment are removed proportionally. A full refund also ends membership access funded by that payment; it does not, by itself, stop future subscription renewals. Cancel automatic renewal separately in Billing & Subscription.
